It is so easy to overestimate the importance of one defining moment and underestimate the value of making small improvements on a daily basis.
Meanwhile, improving by 1 percent isn’t particularly notable—sometimes it isn’t even noticeable—but it can be far more meaningful, especially in the long run. We believe in making that 1 percent of conscientious effort to becoming a better person day by day.
Kerry received her education at the University of Manchester with a Bachelors’ Degree in Economics. Being in the United Kingdom for 4 years, she returned to Singapore, aspired to create a platform to grow as well as helping other similar individuals in the entrepreneurial sector. Knowing there is no single approach that works for everyone, she continues to educate herself in leadership and team management to provide a place for aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners to flourish.
Using her life experiences, career experiences and mentorship from the managing director of Sirius Marketing, she started from the ground works and begun her chapter with 1%. Her story takes a turning point as the Covid-19 Pandemic struck. Having manoeuvred her way out of the pandemic, she came back stronger and tested many projects; Jewel Coffee, FirstCom Solutions, Grey Scale, iJooz, & Lazada.
