Due to our diverse client portfolio, we operate in multiple shifts. As the organisation grows, those of us on different schedules often miss the opportunity to interact. However, within our walls are countless unique individuals, each possessing their own stories and experiences we can learn from, as well as diverse strengths that we can lean on. Recognising the immense potential that lies within our group, we created a monthly networking session dedicated to facilitating connections, sharing knowledge, and building relationships. Thus, PLONK was born!
