This year’s Rising Star Trip brought together a group of promising new leaders for a meaningful learning experience at Turi Beach Resort.
Created for individuals with strong potential, the trip was filled with valuable workshops and sharing sessions by our owners, covering topics like leadership, personal growth, teamwork, communication, and recruitment.
Beyond the sessions, the trip also gave everyone the chance to connect with one another, exchange experiences, and build stronger friendships outside of the usual work environment.
More than just an overseas trip, the Rising Star experience was a reminder that growth happens not only through learning, but also through the people we meet and the experiences we share along the way.
