Celebrating Achievements: Highlights from Singapore's Rally

With one of our core values being "Celebrating Achievements," we ensure that we go above and beyond to highlight and celebrate those who have worked hard to drive and outperform expectations.

As the Brand Ambassadors gathered, you could feel the the energy and excitement rising. Setting aside their usual business formal wear, everyone was dressed to impress in black and gold, capturing photos to commemorate the May Rally event.

The event opened up with different speeches from the Chairman, Senior Partner, and our very own Organisation Head; Jia, highlighting our achievements and potential future projects to anticipate.

Sales & Advancement Awards

Awards were presented to top performers in categories such as Top Brand Ambassador (for each campaign), Sales Excellence, and Advancement Awards. Each award recipient went to the stage to accept their medals or plaques, while the rest of us applauded them for their well-deserved recognition.

Beyond presenting awards, the event also featured two panels where a blend of industry newcomers and seasoned experts shared their insights. Each session was crafted to allow panelists to discuss their experiences and the paths that led them to where they're currently at in their careers.

Celebrating at 📍Ola Ola

Though the event came to a close, the celebrations continued at Ola Ola where we celebrated not just individual successes but also recognise and appreciate the collective effort that contributed towards the overall growth of our organisation. With our 2025 theme in mind—Expanding Horizons, Strengthening Bonds—we are excited about the next generation of leaders who will step up and play a crucial role in shaping our path forward. These leaders need to prepare to face the challenges that lie ahead, and be equipped with the vision and determination to transform these challenges into opportunities for growth.
