Regional Office Visit: 📍Hong Kong

Stunning skyline, rich culture, and plenty of opportunities for networking and learning, Hong Kong has been one of our favourite countries to travel to regularly and never fails to leave a lasting impression. The trip's primary focus was to provide exposure for newer leaders, and emphasise on building connections with the Hong Kong team and one another.

Connecting with Locals on the Ground

With one of the focus being on exposure, the ambassadors were challenged to step out of their comfort zone to get first hand experience of how sales was being conducted in the Hong Kong market. With a quick crash course in the morning on how to communicate with the locals using basic Cantonese, paired with basic knowledge on the clients, the ambassadors were ready to shadow the teams on the ground.

As the trip progressed, conversations over dim sum and cha chaan tengs led to genuine connections made and relationships built. With each story exchanged, it became more apparent that, despite being from different countries, we encounter similar challenges and can offer diverse perspectives and solutions to handle them.
